Sweet Coconut Milk (Thengai Paal)
Ingredients:
- 1 big size coconut (grated)
- 200 grams of sugar
- 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder
- Half glass of boiled milk (optional)
- Grind fresh grated coconut with little water. Strain through a strainer. Repeat the procedure 2-3 times with the coconut to extract as much milk as possible (Milk should be thick)
- Mix sugar & cardamom powder with coconut milk till the sugar dissolves
- Optionally you can add boiled milk
- Now you can serve the Sweet Coconut Milk with Santhgai, Plain Aappam & Dosa
